REPLACEMENT POLICY

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We do not accept refunds. However, should you receive a defective or damaged product, you may submit a request for a replacement within 30 days of shipping. We ask that customers ship their defective products, with a completed returns form found on our website, to Encyclomedia Output headquarters in the United States. We regret that we cannot fund shipping costs in the case of product replacements. We are typically able to get replacement products to the customer in around 10 business days.

Privacy

All material, including images and information, belongs solely to the customer unless indicated otherwise. In regards to the “Tell a Friend” referral policy, all responsibility for any emails given to us rests upon the contributor of the information and not on ZABUKU.
